What we collect, and what we do with it.
This page is short because there isn’t much to say. This site sells nothing online, tracks nobody, and carries no advertising.
What the form collects
Your name, your email address, and the description of your situation. Optionally, your company name and your phone number. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is inferred from how you browse.
Why
Only to answer you and, if the project goes ahead, to follow up on it. None of it feeds a newsletter, a profile, or any later solicitation.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. Your information is not sold, traded, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Two suppliers handle it technically, because they carry and host the message: our email delivery service and our web host. They have no access to it for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months after our last exchange, then deleted. If a contract comes out of it, the documents attached to that contract are kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers therefore see your browser’s IP address at the moment the page loads.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to info@synaxess.ca : we answer within thirty days, as required by Québec’s legislation on the protection of personal information in the private sector.
